Charged $10 for Canadian order UPS
Since eBay won’t help me, I’m going to the community. How do I contact eBay about this issue? The automatic response does not work.
I was charged $10 from UPS for an order I bought from a Canadian seller. The seller said eBay should pay the $10. Where can I send the invoice to?

Mentor8 months agoSorry but eBay is not going to pay the $10. When going through customs UPS and FedEx charge a fee to expedite the package through customs. You cannot get around the fee and the item normally will not be turned over until you pay the fee.
