    Charge twice for shipping
                     

    on December 2, 2024 I was charged two times for shipping that was rather expensive as it was from Michigan to Puerto Rico. How do I get a refund

    Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

     

    Locate the transaction.  If you were indeed charged for 2 labels, you have up to 28 days from 12/2/24 to void/cancel the label you did not use.  The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
