Charge that needs to be reversed

Question

My American Express account was charged $112 on 11-28-23 for something. I don't recognize any puchase that I made in that amount (and I would llike the purhase identified, or the $112 refunded. (I have checked My Purchases and can find no record there of a $112 purchase.

Please tell me who I should contact. But please flnd a person that I can contact, not an AI program.

If you have a charge you did not make, and no one else in your home used your card, you need to call your card issuer and report your card compromised. eBay can not give you any info on a transactions not made through your account.

AmEx will freeze your card, issue a new one, and dispute the charge with eBay.

I assume you looked at the order details of the items you have purchased, to check the totals with tax and shipping?

@kacan-3354 Contact American Express. They can possibly verify the charge.
