charge reversal fee
so i sold a 4 cycle weed whacker for 100 its a 4 cycle so its a little harder tpo pull the starting cord n the guy was too weak to pull it wanted a return so i gave him a return knowing ebay would go in his favor anyway some things didnt work out and i didnt have the money in my bank to cover the return after i recieved the item back completly on me my fault i know so ebay paid him they tried twice to charge my bank account n both times they charged me $63 charge reversal fee now io owe ebay over twice as much im just wondering why $126 in fees i understand it was my faukt i didnt have the moneey n take responsibity for that but why charge my twice what i owe what is this free for
