Charge on debit card from eBay

Question

There is a debit card payment pending at my bank on an eBay purchase I did not make. It is not in my eBay purchases in this app. No way to track, just the payment at bank. Bank states cannot stop payment to eBay made to a debit card.
I need to cancel this payment to eBay. Donâ€™t know if account was hacked.

Make sure you check all your eBay accounts if you have more than one account.

eBay can only help if an unauthorized transaction was made through your own eBay account; not if someone used your card number to make a purchase with someone else's eBay account.

If someone else knows your debit card number and is using it to make unauthorized debit transactions, you need to dispute those charges with your bank or card issuer and get a new debit card number.

If your debit card issuer will not allow you to dispute a debit card transaction, it is time to find another bank.
