charge me fees even though my account is suspended

Ive been suspended, and not able to find the time limit and it isn't in any of the messages they've sent me. meanwhile, they charge my monthly store fee

@au80 You can cancel your store subscription. Note that if it is annual contract you will be charged early termination fees.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right.

After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.

You may have to repeat the last two steps.
