Charge from on package weight
UPS is charging me saying a package did not weigh in correctly. I had the weight at 4 pounds for a ceramic cookie jar they state weight was 13 pounds. How do I dispute this with them. Thanks

Mentor4 months agoIt sounds like it might be basing it on dimensional weight. For example of the box size for the cookie car was 14 × 14 × 9 you would get a dimensional weight between 12-13 lbs. What were the dimensions?
