Charge for two shipping labels for one item
I received an order and printed the shipping label. The shipping label printed wrong because I don't know how to correct the right printing size of the label itself in the settings. I looked in the settings and do not see anywhere it shows me how to tell the system that I want it to print on the 4x6x6 thermal label.
So......I was charge twice the this shipping label. Can I request the second charge of the label to be refunded by Ebay?
Also, how do you get a hold of Ebay?

·1 year agoHere's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:
Go to Manage shipping labels
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
