I HAD SOLD THREE ITEMS AND WAS CHARGED THREE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS FOR HAVING EBAY "PRINT LABEL" ONE WAS $5.37 ONE WAS $8.54 AND ONE WAS $10.00

That is not a charge for printing the label - it is the cost of the postage. Each amount is based on the distance to the buyer, plus the weight and dimensions of the packages.
The buyer pays the shipping shown in your listing to you. you then use the money to buy the labels - the actual cost to ship the package.
