I am requesting a review and clarification regarding a shipping charge of $1500 that has been applied to my shipment.
This amount appears incorrect and unreasonable based on the actual item and typical shipping costs. I believe there may be an error in how the shipping cost was calculated.
Please provide a detailed explanation of how this charge was determined, including the package dimensions, weight, carrier, and rate calculation used.
Additionally, I would like to compare this information with the actual measurements from the post office, as they differ from what appears to have been entered.
