charge-back for under paid shipping ?
I am shipping USPS Priority which as I understand; Anywhere in USA, Falt rate, up to 70 LBS.
Then I get a chargeback for underpaid postage because the box actually weighed 5 lbs instead of 4 LBS ?????

OP3 years agoThanks, I will do more research. Did not know there was a difference? Just intuituvely seems that the label would determine the shipping method?
