Mentor2 years agoI can't tell if you are the buyer or seller.
Buyers can only REQUEST to cancel the transaction. Only sellers can file the cancellation. If you are the seller, go to your Orders > Awaiting payment (or Awaiting shipment) and click the drop-down and select Cancel Order. For the reason select Buyer request. If buyer has already paid, ebay will send a refund from the seller's account, and then reimburse the seller at a later date.
