To maintain your seller protection, you need to ship to the address provided by the buyer at checkout.
If the buyer is asking you to ship to a different address, first verify that it is actually the same buyer ID making the request as the ID that made the purchase (to avoid the scam when someone other than your buyer tries to redirect the package to himself). If the IDs match, you should cancel the transaction (for issue with buyer's address), relist, and instruct the buyer to select/edit the shipping address at checkout when he repurchases the item.
To purchase another label> go to the sold item, click on the arrow drop down menu to the left of that sold item, click on 'purchase another label'
then click on 'edit' under the address on the shipping label page to change it
to Void a shipping label> from seller hub, hover over Orders (top left of page) and click on Shipping labels and click on Void the label next to the sold item.
If it does not show up, it is because it went past the timeline, I think 5 days.
If so, you will have to void it thru the USPS website or physically go to a post office.
Void labels take at least 2 weeks to get refunded.
