Changing shipping service after purchase
On an item that I sold, the buyer chose usps as the shipping service..... After bringing the item to the post office, they refused to ship it.Because it was overweight..... I now don't know how to change the shipping service or what steps to take Next the buyer says that he cannot change the shipping service on his end. Nor do I see the option on mine....

Mentor1 year ago@slickrickwiththethickdick The shipping method can't be changed for the BUYER after a sale is made.
YOU can void the USPS label and buy a UPS label. You are not allowed to charge a buyer more for shipping than stated on the listing.
I recommend buying the UPS label on Pirateship.com Be sure to package the speaker so that it can be tossed at least 4 feet and have another heavy package land on it.
Then be sure that the new tracking is added to the sold listing.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
