changing shipping options
My business policies are set. When i go to create a listing and click in the box to choose my shipping option for buyer it takes my choice for a second and then switches it to whatever one it wants to. I've tried to delete the shipping policy but they are of course attached to the items that ebay has attached them to and it doesn't matter if i revise or end and create new i end up in exactly the same place.

1) Does this happen only when you "sell similar" to start a listing or does it happen when you create a listing from scratch?
2) Are you listing on the app or the website?
