Changing shipping option
I have a customer who tried to change the shipping from usps ground to priority but she messaged me because it wouldn’t do it for her I tried but it’s locked even though she hasn’t made a purchase yet how can I fix this for her

Buyers can only select from the options that you offer in your listing.
Is there an offer in play? You can not edit the shipping while there is an open offer.
