Changing shipping method on sold item (comic books)?

Hello kind person reading this! I just sold a small lot of comic books and buyer is requesting to ship as media mail. It's currently set as USPS Ground and I am unsure how or if I can change that at this point. I found it odd when I created the add the tool didn't suggest this ship media, but I didn't see how I could change that (and assumed the submittal tool knew best and that's why only ground was offered). I did use the Auto Assistant to ask this question but answer was unhelpful.

Greatly appreciate any guidance here! Hopefully my question is clear.

Let your Buyer know that comic books cannot be shipped via Media Mail due to the ads.

The post office can open and inspect Media Mail and if the contents don't qualify, either you or your Buyer will be charged for the underpaid postage.

The last answer is correct, comics cannot be shipped via Media Mail because they contain advertising in them. You did not see media mail as a shipping option, because of that.

If the buyer had already paid, there is no way for you to change the shipping service from Ground Advantage to Media Mail even if the comics could be shipped that way, unless you offered that service and G.A. and the buyer would have had to select M.M. as the service at checkout.

Sometimes it is better to go to a shipping company's site to get information about what can or cannot be shipped via one of their shipping services.
