Changing shipping method after a sale

I'm offering priority international shipping on an item. A bidder doesn't want to pay this high price and wants me to use first call mail instead. Can I make this change if they are the successful bidder?

If the buyer requests it, yes. but First Class Package service has been discontinued and replaced by Ground Advantage. If there are no bids on the listing, you can add the additional shipping option on the listing now so he can select it when he pays should he win.
