Changing Shipping details on a listed item
Hi,
Could someone please help me with a problem? I am trying to update or correct the shipping details on one of my listings, but the option has been locked out. The customer reached out and asked if I could evaluate the shipping cost on an item they are interested in purchasing. Since many of my items are vintage and fragile, I tend to err on the higher side for the shipping because the item needs more protection and oftentimes a larger box or additional packaging can be costly. After I found and appropriate box and carefully packaged the item I tried to update, and eBay won't let me. It's possible it might be that I recently sent an offer to an interested buyer - the one who contacted me. What are my options here? Thanks for your help!
