Changing shipping details
I underestimated the size and weight of the box for my eBay listing when I posted a flat shipping cost for my listing. The buyer has paid. I’m okay if I didn’t charge enough for the shipping. But I’m worried that my eBay shipping label will not be accurate for the size and weight of the package now. Is there a way to change the details of my box before purchasing the shipping label now?

OP2 years agoThank you. I can’t find that from the eBay app, which is what I usually use, but can find it on eBay.com.

I just looked at the app on my phone for one of my sales. I use the eBay for Android App but the Apple version shouldn't be that different.
Next to "Package size" there is a pencil to edit the dimensions and weight.

On the Purchase Label page, there will be a place to change the dimensions and weight of your package.
* Note that on the simplified page, it is just a small link Next to "Package Details"
You can also switch to advanced shipping if you need to (highlighted)
