Changing Shipping and Item discription
I have never used eBay before and I find this to be quite frustrating. I'm selling a 500 lbs China cabinet, and the system says it will cost $48.28 for shipping. For multiple hours on multiple days I've tried to indicate this will have to be shipped via freight and will cost much more. Can anyone tell me how to change the shipping to freight?
2nd question: why does the description I added to the auction item not show when you select the piece?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You CANNOT change the shipping cost any more because the auction has received a bid.
That said, an item like this should be listed for Local Pickup Only ... so that the buyer is responsible for removing it from your premises.
It likely would cost more to ship than the price you'll receive from the auction ... and also likely that it will be damaged in shipping because of all the glass.
I would end the auction IMMEDIATELY ... and relist it as Local Pickup Only (with no shipping at all). You will be charged a fee based on the amount of the bid at the time you end it ... but that will be a MUCH smaller loss than if you wait until after the auction ends.
