changing shipping after a sale

listed item, once sold it showed as local pickup...could not see how to change to shipping to take advantage of discounter mailing labels

You cannot change shipping after a sale. You must ship the way it stated in your listing because that is what the buyer agreed to. You can upgrade but never downgrade shipping.
