Changing Shipping Address on Outgoing Order

Hello all! I sold an item, the buyer paid, then she asked that I change the shipping address. Clicked on the "Edit" and it allows me to change everything BUT the zip. Any ideas?

Sellers needs to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. Your buyer had a chance to change the ship to address when s/he was in ebay Checkout. You will have to file a cancellation/refund for Problem with buyer's address, relist the item and send the buyer the new item number. Buyer then repurchases, and this time when s/he sees the SHIP TO address, clicks the CHANGE link, and makes the change to the correct/current address, and then finishes paying.
