Changing Shipping Address
I just had a person purchase an item for me and then after they paid, they asked for the item to be shipped to their store location not their home location. How do I deal with this because the shipping label obviously is going to their home location on the order. And I’m not sure how I received the funds for shipping which should be about the same amount of money because they’re not far from each other, but how do I execute this in the app?

Mentor9 months agoTo keep yopur seller protection you need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. So you will need to cancel the transaction as Problem with Buyer's address. Relist the item, send the new item number to the buyer. The buyer needs to repurchase and this time, click the CHANGE option when s/he sees the ship to address and make the change there, and then finish paying.
