Changing return options on listings
Now I can't find the option to change to no returns on a selected item. It says they'll all be changed if I change my policy. Why is this option sometimes hidden?

That sounds frustrating.
It sounds like you are Opted-In to Business Policies. You can Opt-Out here:
The Opt-Out is in tiny writing on upper right.

Then you should be able to find your return policy as normal
If you want to learn about Business Policies, which are a time saving feature, you can read here

If you want to keep Business Policies, create a new policy that is No Returns for that specific item, and leave the rest of your listings with their current settings.

OP8 months agoThank You. You've got me where I can to be. I use 'list one like this" a lot. I'm thinking it'd be better to use a template in future. Cheers.
