Changing return address on shipping label.

Question

Hi, I just printed a shipping label and it has my old address as the return address. I've updated my contact information in ebay, so how do I update the address for my shipping labels?

Go to your profile:

https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile

Under here go to Addresses.

https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses

You can update the info here.

But since you have paid for and printed the label, it can only be corrected by voiding the label and purchasing a new one. The voided label can take 2 weeks or so to be refunded.
