Changing refund reason
How do you change the reason for a return? I was going through the process on my phone and dropped it. And while doing so “doesn’t match the description was selected” but I wanted to choose “changed my mind”. How do I go back and get it changed?

Mentor2 weeks ago@sweetbeara You have only ONE chance at a return request so you can not change it. Maybe work something out with the seller after the return is processed so that you refund them for the shipping costs.
