changing preferences
My account settings don’t allow new users to make purchases, and I have a new user who wants to make a purchase. How do I make changes so that this new user CAN make a purchase?

Mentor3 years agoThere is no seller preference that can block new buyers from purchasing. There IS a setting where you can limit the number of items a buyer can buy within 10 days based on his feedback score. Maybe that's what you're thinking of (but that would mean the buyer has purchased at least one item from you within the past 10 days already).

If you want to sell additional items to that buyer, you can add him to your Buyer Exemption List up above the selling on that page.
