Changing Post Office location where labels are created for.

Question

I want to change my location for dropping off my packages. My personal address hasn't changed, but I prefer a different P.O. and I want them to get credit for the parcels I drop off. I can't find any way to add the new location.

Thanks for the quick reply, the link only shows my home address not the post office address. I'm going to wait until I have another label to print and see if its easier to access then.

Hi @deals4u62

You have 5 addresses to set up in your account, if memory serves you want the Ship from address to reflect the zip code preference for the Post Office you want to use. Addresses Settings

You may also have to change the city-town so the system accepts the change of location.

You also need to ADD the new address and then Delete the old one.
