Changing platform practices to moving up KNOWN backordered item to TOP of Purchase History page
eBay's [apparent] failure to recognize PRACTICAL value of moving up SELLER's vendor's backordered item older than 90 days, TO as - noted in Subject line - TOP of Purchase History page (OR provide ability of USELESS automated assistant feature to REFERENCE same, for necessary PHONE conversations); HAVE been notified BY seller that it HAS been shipped (NO complaints about THEM) but, such status still ISN'T reflected WHEN returned by page's internal search engine query - additionally, an item satisfactorily RECEIVED and for which positive feedback was left two DAYS ago, DOESN'T indicate that.....
.....furthermore, 'ES' envelope shipping program has now cost me TWO cards in 3 months, one comparatively RARE - and, THREE times as much to obtain otherwise - NEEDS to be FIXED, improved - or, ABANDONED for a comparably-priced ALTERNATIVE that DOES work!!!!
