changing package weight after it was purchased

I mis-entered the package weight for something I was selling. The item sold and when I printed the shipping label, I noticed that there was a zero for the pounds when it should have been 24 lbs. How do I change the package weight and get a new shipping label after the item sold?

Thanks for the info! I did void the shipping label, but hadn't figured out the second part. I'll try that now.

@potable12 Go to this page and void the shipping label you're not using from the actions drop down menu next to the label> https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub You have 5 days to void a label.

Then you will get a refund for the label from the postal carrier on your all transactions page in 3-4 weeks>

Next select print ANOTHER label from the same actions menu, not reprint. Then you can adjust the package weight and size as needed before you purchase the second label.

Let the buyer know which tracking number to watch as your sold listing will have two tracking numbers.
