Changing my shipping address on my winning bid
Is any way to change my shipping address ‘already paid’ winning bid? I paid my winning bid including 20% UK VAT. I canceled right after pay. I want to change my shipping address in the UK to United States and retry payment for changed address after appropriate refund measures.
Could you give me some help for correct my mistake?

You cannot change the address. You can ask the seller to cancel your purchase, then relist the item so you can buy it again. The seller does not have to agree.
