CHANGING MY RETURN POLICY
I NEED HELP CHANGING MY RETURN POLICY. I WANT TO ACCEPT RETURNS.
Sorry for the ALL CAPS....can't seem to get any help from Ebay.

You can do all 18 of your listings at once in the Bulk Editor. On your Active list use the check box at the top of the list to the left of the word Actions. This will check ALL the boxes. Above the list is the Edit drop-down menu to Edit selected items, click that.
Your listings will be loaded on the Bulk Editor page, use the box to check ALL your listings then use the drop-down Bulk edit menu above the list ... scroll down to Return Options and click that.
A pop-up will open and you can check the Accept returns choice and more menu choices will open for you that you can select from.
Once you have made all the changes that you want make sure all items are checked and use the blue Submit button in the lower right-hand corner of the page to complete your changes.
