Changing my credit card number on my ebay file for buying purposes
I want to change my credit card number for my E-Bay purposes. It will still be VISA but I have obtained a new number for the acct. I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO DO THE CHANGING OF MY SPECIFIC VISA ACCT???? IT IS SO MUCH EASIER AND SAFER FOR A CONSUMER TO DO THIS ON A 1 TO 1 TELE-CONFERENCE.

OP10 months agoI found it near impossible to change my credit card info, as proposed by E-Bay. It was terrible and VERY frustrating for me. I spent several hours attempting to accomplish a task that should have taken five minutes to accomplish. While I am old, their (EBAY) instructions should encourage quick and accurate instructions, not the method that they currently employ. I wasted a lot of time trying to accomplish a task that should take five minutes.

What did you find frustrating? Perhaps if you can explain what was confusing or difficult that information might be useful to help the next person in a similar situation.
Or, if you prefer, you can use the "?" icon on the Payments page to report site issues or problems directly to eBay.

You should be able to add a new card number to your eBay account yourself here:
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
If necessary, delete the old card as well.
