changing Items to be picked up, not shipped

customer lives close to me and wants to pick-up items. How do I change Items to be picked up, not shipped?

If you don't ship, you will receive a defect on your account. Follow the directions given to you by rfmtm.

If he hasn't paid yet, click on Send Invoice and add the pickup option. Otherwise, cancel the transaction and relist with the pickup option.
