In order to prove to eBay that the item has been "delivered"/picked up, the Buyer needs to chose Local Pickup from the listing. That allows eBay to send the Buyer a QR code for you to scan on Pickup and also a six-digit code that you can manually enter if the scan doesn't work.
Without entering one of those codes into the transaction, eBay may issue a defect on your account for a late shipment.
