Changing from business account back to personal account
I had some selling restrictions placed on my personal eBay account after 14 years due to late shipments, eBay prompted me to set up a business account to expand my listings, I do not have a business account, I just clicked the button. I need it put back to the way it was as a personal account. An eBay representative sent a message to IT to get my account back to personal should be in the notes section somewhere. What is the status or progress here?
