changing feedback left for buyer

I left negative feedback but under positive on a buyer profile. i wrote" negative" in capital letters & comments & i would like to delete it. how can i do that. I don't know if they can request it because its under positive. any suggestions? Thank you!

You cannot change a buyer feedback. If your buyer reports the feedback they can have it removed and you will get a policy violation warning. Sellers are not allowed to leave negatives comments for buyers.

Any misuse of feedback is not allowed. Feedback comments should be consistent with the rating given to describe the overall experience. Positive feedback should accompany a positive transaction rating, and negative feedback should accompany a negative transaction rating. For example:

Sellers must not leave buyers a negative comment with a positive transaction rating
Buyers must not leave sellers a negative comment with a positive transaction rating unless they contacted the seller beforehand and the seller was not able to resolve the buyerâ€™s concern
