Changing case of letters in username without actually changing username
Since usernames aren't usually case sensitive, can I change the case of some of the letters without it being considered a name change? So, for example, would changing from "username" to "UserName" count as a name change?

Yes, changing from lower case to upper case would be considered a username change.
