Changing Banks

Question

I just sold an item and noticed the payout was sent to an account that I closed two years ago. I tried to add my current account to eBay (it's a different bank), but after entering the account and routing numbers it asks to confirm with the full account number of the old closed account.

I no longer have this account number, only the last four digits. How can I add my new account?

@kohno82 You should be able to ADD the new account and then remove the old one. Here's how to change bank checking accounts and if you have any problems you can contact eBay customer service for help from #3 #1 First make sure your name and address on your eBay account match your new bank account exactly: https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile It must be a brick and mortar checking account, not virtual. #2 Next try this: Go to your payments page and select Add Payment option. https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Then select add bank account and add the new account. Then if the old account is not automatically deleted you will need to delete it.
