Changing auction that did not sell to Buy It Now. I have called twice about this and not fixed.

I also posted to this a few days ago and no one every answered. I thought this was a community helper but no one helped. I have called ebay twice about this and said it was in the works to fix but no one has. I cannot relist over 22 items. Not fair.

Selling Or here Technical Issues

You may have already tried these steps but we have to double check so we know where exactly the tech issue is happening>>>

Did you end the Auction listings? Then go to your inactive folder here> https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/ended?status=UNSOLD_NOT_RELISTED Then selected relist as Buy It Now. That would take you to bulk edit where you have to confirm the Buy It Now starting price is correct.

The glich I was told ebay had with the buy it now things was to be fixed. It is still not fixed and it has been days. I did not get a reply from anyone. I found this one but it does not address my problem. I finally just relisted the 22 as auctions and buy it now would not work unless you add 30% to price which I am not going to do. If it did not sell at auction why will it sell marking it up. I have lots of repeat customers that buy these plants and they know how I work my auction when they do not sell. I am not impressed with the community as I thought I would get answers quickly and did not.

It has never been possible to change an auction to a buy it now listing. I doubt that eBay will ever allow this. However, you are allowed to change a buy it now listing to an auction without trouble.
