Changing adress before orders ship

Question

I have 2 high ticket items I bought today that the seller can't change address because they need to go to an authenticator. Both vendors say it has to go through ebay. I emailed authenticwatches@ebay.com and a robo response came. Is there someone i can talk to so we can get the address corrected?

Customer service cannot change the address for you, neither can the authenticator. Everyone is obligated to use the address you provided at checkout.

You can ask your seller to cancel your purchases and relist the items so that you can buy them again with the correct address. Your seller does not have to agree, but if you have a nice seller he will do this for you.
