Changing address after printing an eBay label

Customer requested a different delivery address after I had printed his label. Can I just paste a new address on the label?

Hi @jon4711

-You will lose your Seller protection if you ship to a different address other than the one that came through with the order (eBay's policy). Message the Buyer and let them know they need to request a cancellation so you can Relist it and they can update their address and purchase it again.

-No, you have to Void the purchased label and get the cost credited back to your account on this page: Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)

You have 5 days to Void the label (use the pull-down menu on the left and select Void. Depending on where the new address is the shipping cost may be different.
