Changing address

I have a buyer that would like me to ship to a different address than what she has listed on the account. Can I change that, or does she have to?

To maintain your seller protection, you must ship to the address on the payment (shown in the order details).

Here is how to accommodate your buyer:

First make sure it IS your buyer who is making the request (and not a scammer who is trying to get you to redirect the package to him). If the request came from the same user ID as the purchaser, then proceed.
Using the cancellation option from the dropdown next to the order, select the reason that there is an issue with the buyer's address.
Relist the item and send the buyer the new item # so that he can repurchase it Remind him to select/add the address he wants to use when he checks out, before proceeding through payment.

You don't know what address the buyer has on his account...you only know the address the buyer selected at checkout which is the address the seller is required to ship to.
