changing a tracking number after shipment has gone out

I have an item that was combined with other items and has been delivered. I'm trying to change the tracking number but it says the label is associated with another order, so I can't mark it as delivered in order to release the funds. Any help would be appreciated.

You should mark them as shipped from the drop-down list to the right, here:

Then, if you wish, you can gently encourage your buyer to leave feedback for you. (Being too pushy can backfire.)
