Changing a tracking number
How do I change a tracking number on an item that I am shipping, rather than using the tracking number from the label that I purchased?

Mentor2 years agoYou need to VOID the label you will not be using.
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
You can now enter the new tracking number.
