Changing a shipping label that is already been calculated
The shipping label that the system predicted was for a weight that is less than the actual. How do I create a shipping label for the correct weight?

1) Go to the order https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select View Order Details, then Print Another Label or GET a Lable<<==
3) Enter the correct weight and dimensions for your package and select Shipping Method and the correct label will print.

If you already generated a shipping label with the wrong weight:
Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
