Changing a sellers shipping address

In my personal information my primary shipping address is correct but My correct shipping address does not show appropriately on shipping label

this happened in the past and an agent helped me correct this issue but I do not remember what we did

too difficult to contact an agent

Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>

ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings.

( only do this for the Shipping and return addresses, not your registration address)

@disneyshopper I have reported this technical issue that many are having to community staff.

Thank you and disneyshopper for your responses

I talked to an agent that advised me that I needed to physically revise EVERY listing in preferences in order to change the items location- I know that this was not the steps that I had taken previously and it seems like a lot

I will try adding a new address and deleting the previous

If the ship from location is not correct on your listings that is a DIFFERENT issue. You can use bulk edit to update the listings and don't have to do them one by one.

Here's how you fix that in addition to doing the add and delete the address.

How to use bulk edit to change the ship from location on your listings:

1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> location> edit and submit

Other sellers have reported that even after they update the ship from location AND change the address in account settings that the address is still wrong in the return shipping section of a label. That's why you need to do both.
