Changing a local pick up to shipping

I sold a item and the person was local so he wanted to pick it up but he has changed his mind. Now he wants to pay for shipping. How do I do that

Hi @jakesales

The path of least resistance is ask the customer to message you asking to Cancel the transaction. You can then Cancel using the reason "Buyer requested ..." and avoid a strike on your account.

Next, you Relist the item after cancelling adding the Shipping option. Send the Buyer the new ebay Item number and they can paste that in the eBay search window and go right ot the listing. They can then purchase again and pay for the shipping.
