Can we (or just i personally/optionally) switch back to the other format please? Im not a fan of the current set-up. As well as needing to sync a credit card or paypal account to my ebay account. Im not comfortable and dont see why that would be necessary as a Buyer. (I could see the need if i were a seller.) Now i cant even make offers without syncing my credit card or paypal account?? Ive made close to if not more than a thousand purchases on ebay, But if this issue cant or isnt resolved, i surmise i will be looking elsewhere to do business.

eBay is slowly making that a requirement for all accounts. There were too many unpaid items happening on transactions where the Offer process was involved. While you may be very responsible for paying for your items sadly there are many who aren't.
At the end of the day, where you shop is certainly your decision.
